Managing group access to a dataset effectively involves using specific features designed for that purpose. The correct approach is to toggle a slider next to the group names in the dataset settings. This method allows for a straightforward and efficient way to grant or restrict access to different user groups as needed, ensuring that only authorized members can view or manipulate the dataset.

This option provides a direct mechanism to manage permissions within the interface, facilitating quick adjustments without requiring additional steps or communications. By using a slider, administrators can visually assess which groups have access, making the management of permissions intuitive and easily adjustable.

Other options, while they may offer some means of communication or user management, do not directly address the practical and immediate control of dataset access like the slider feature does. Sending email notifications may keep users informed but doesn't alter access rights. Creating a new user group may be necessary in some cases but does not immediately manage access to existing data. Contacting a super admin can be a solution but adds an unnecessary step when group access can be managed directly through settings.
